Good Habits Efficient Body Healthy Mindset

Achieving new skills make us feel happy.

"I have that responsibility and I will keep it, it is a silent strong promise to myself and to my clients"

Many of my new clients have complained that I am too tender as a trainer. I understand this because I was one of them time ago, looking for an immediate result of aesthetic or for the perception of fatigue.

But with time I realized that we need to think that the physical exercise with its approach to the Human body and its control system, is a long term investment.

So while we spend time realizing the body with manual therapies, or doing some physio and adapted exercises we actually granting its long term capacity of exercising during the future years.

Me as a sport therapist I need to relief the muscles with therapies and dynamics stretches, restore the PH and remove H atoms in excess with bland cardio exercising , especially in a fun way and not boring. In that case I will order them to have vegan day for sure

Its my job to preserve them in a long term investment.

Muscle Skeletal Test and Goal settings.

Nutrition and efficient diet plan

Cardio and mobility active drills warm up.

Cardiopulmonary and Neuronal control Training

Physiotherapy and passive stretching

Muscle Skeletal Test and Goal settings.

Assessing the client's mobility, muscle balance, weaknesses, and posture through movement tests on ankles, knees, hips, and various spinal areas, as well as arms and legs while lying on the mat.

Nutrition and efficient diet plan

Diet requires a gentle approach. Clients new to dieting often quit if it's too aggressive. Starting with only 2 days of following the plan and allowing for one "cheat day" can make it more enjoyable and less robotic.

Cardio and mobility active drills warm up.

Warm up with 8 mobility and core exercises and 7 cardio drills, targeting areas that need improvement. Total time: 15 min.

Strength and muscle memory resetting

Training to improve range of motion, strength, and control. Techniques include Crossfit, weightlifting, functional and bodyweight training, TRX, and calisthenics - tailored to each client.

Cardiopulmonary and Neuronal control Training

Fun workouts with Boxing, Kick Boxing, Circuit Training, Treadmill, Cycling, Rowing, Core exercises and Dynamic Movements.

Physiotherapy and passive stretching

Using various techniques like Pnf, Trigger Points, Neuronal Digital Massage, Passives Mobility, Cranio Sacral, Tractions, and Passive Stretches, I'll release tight body parts with limited mobility while the client lies on the floor.

about my career
